Ingredients
½cup (60g)All-Purpose Flour
½cup (60g)Sugar
½cup (60g)Brown Sugar
1cup (226g)Buttermelted
2Eggsplus one for egg wash
1Tablespoon (14g)Vanilla
1cup (224g)Dark Chocolate Chips
½cup (56g)Chopped Walnuts
1unbaked Pie Shellroom temperature
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325ºF.
Roughly chop dark chocolate chips and walnuts into small pieces.
Add flour, sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, eggs, dark chocolate chips, and walnuts into the bowl of a stand mixer, and mix with a paddle attachment until just combined, about 20-30 seconds.
Pour the batter into the unbaked pie shell, before brushing the edges of the pie shell with egg wash or milk.
Bake for 55 minutes, until the center is set.
Allow the pie to cool before serving with a scoop of ice cream. Enjoy!
