Ingredients

  • 24 oz Baby Gold Potatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Kosher or Flaky Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the potatoes before adding to an air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes at 400ºF or until the potatoes are fully cooked.
  • Transfer the potatoes to a sheet pan and use the bottom of a cup or mug to smash the potatoes into thin coins, about 1/4" each. Don't over smash or you'll end up with mashed potatoes.
  • Drizzle olive oil and seasoning over the potatoes and gently toss to evenly coat.
  • Add the smashed potatoes back to the air fryer and cook an additional 15-20 minutes at 400ºF, shaking halfway through, until the potatoes are crispy golden brown.

Notes

I used a 6.5-quart Ninja Foodi for air frying. Different sizes of air fryers will cook faster or slower. Adjust cook times accordingly.
