Traeger Smoked Pork Tenderloin

– Pork Tenderloin – Chili Powder – Dried Oregano – Kosher Salt – Garlic Powder – Ground Coriander – Black Pepper – Cumin – Cinnamon – Brown Sugar – Hot Sauce

INGREDIENTS

Step 1:

Mix spices together before rubbing on the pork. Let the rub melt at room temp for 20-30 minutes.

Step 2:

Smoke for 1.5-2 hours at 225ºF, until pork reaches an internal temperature of 125ºF.

Step 3:

Mix  brown sugar and hot sauce together until smooth and brush over both pork tenderloins.

Step 4:

Continue smoking for another 20-30 minutes.

Step 5:

Remove from the smoker and rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
